Digital Marketing Role

In his Digital Marketing capacity, Colin works to Optimize the User Experience of all digital properties through content creation and User Interface development. He creates and administers digital marketing initiatives, manages opportunities that encourage Social Proof, and controls Reputation Management. Utilize analytics to inform optimization decisions. Apply best practices for Targeted Discovery Optimization of Paid, Owned, and Earned media, through Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing as well as Social Media Management 

IT Role

As IT direction, Colin Administers multi-site network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and security. Overseeing IT hardware deployment including set-up and maintenance of Windows, Android, and Apple OS devices, IP Phones, and all Network gear, Colin is a skilled information technology specialist. Furthermore, he creates and administers user profiles for OEM and third party sites by job description for over 300 employees.

Colin trains and manages sales teams in the proper utilization of CRM tools and creates templates, campaigns, and automated follow-up activities to optimize communication with prospects and customers. He directs and manages relationships with all internal and external teams ensuring alignment of digital marketing activities.

At All Star Auto Group Colin managed and supported sales teams, enhancing their capability to take advantage of the vehicle sales process funnel using specific CRM initiated tactics to ensure appropriate prospect engagement & follow-up. Colin desked deals, TO'd and closed over 80% of Sales. He managed F&I integration with sales process including F&ITO implementation, deal review and packaging for optimal CIT with minimal kickbacks. Under Colin's leadership, All Star Nissan was a consistent competitor in the Nissan market for the Southeastern PA region.

While taking a second shot at indulging the entrepreneurial spirit that launched two time “Best of Philly” award winning Gryphon Café and “Best of Philly” award winning Juice Bar: Gryphon Station, Colin was offered the opportunity to help design and manage the Business Development Center for Bennett Auto Group.

Leaving the Coffee scene and returning to the automobile industry, Colin managed a team - with no dealership experience - which responded to inquiries generated by digital media.The team became number one and number two in the local Infiniti market for the 2004 Calendar Year, and the affiliated Nissan dealership was the highest volume Nissan dealer in the state.

The Station Cafe & Juice Bar

Never the type to stop at just one success, Colin renovated the dilapidated, Victorian era Wayne Train Station. The Station Café & Juice Bar, just a block from The Gryphon, became iconic enough to help place the building on the National Historic Register. Now, as stated below, the Gryphon won "Best of Philly" in both 1996 and 1997, but not 1998. This is because The Station Café & Juice bar took home Philadelphia Magazine's "Best Of Philly" in 1998.

Having observed the resurgence of specialty coffee on the West Coast, Colin moved to open the Gryphon Café in 1996. Within just two years, The Gryphon became a community icon. The cafe won Philadelphia Magazine's "Best of Philly" award in both 1996 and 1997, and the company has become a fixture on the Main Line ever since.
